Foster Outdoors is a team of outdoor specialists that are committed to bringing clients an outdoor experience of their dreams. Here at Foster Outdoors you will find thriving and healthy nursery stock ranging from trees to a vast variety of ornamental plants. Along with an onsite nursery, Foster Outdoors provides residential and commercial services ranging from outdoor patios and kitchens, landscaping, irrigation, aeration, and lawn care solutions.
We help clients through every stage of the design and build process. Foster Outdoors provides 3D renderings for every client so they may visualize their projects prior to beginning construction. Owner
Ethan was born and raised in Macon, Missouri and graduated from Macon R-1 in 2016. After high school he went to the University of Missouri-Columbia and received his Bachelors of Science in Plant Science with an emphasis in Plant Breeding, Biology, and Biotechnology in 2020. After college he started a legally licensed northeast Missouri cannabis company called COCO. This business was sold in March of 2023.
Ethan have always had a love for growing plants and his family and he opened Foster Outdoors in May of 2024. He is a licensed commercial pesticide applicator with extensive knowledge in turf care, growing ornamental plants, shade trees, and landscape construction.
Project Manager – Pools
Caleb Mader grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and has spent the last decade building, repairing, and improving everything from swimming pools to full residential and commercial construction projects. What started as a job quickly became a passion – especially when it comes to outdoor living spaces and pools that bring people together.
Caleb loves turning an empty yard into a place where families can relax, entertain, and make memories. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, spending time with his family, and always finding the next thing to build or improve.
Project Manager
Jacob graduated from Macon R-1 in 2014 and went on to attend the Missouri Welding Institute. After some time, he decided to switch professions and pursued a degree in computer networking at MACC. He then worked as the IT technician for a local school for several years.
In February 2024, Jacob happily married his wife, Azucena “Azzie” Bonuchi. In June 2024, he joined Foster Outdoors, marking an exciting new chapter in his career. In his role as the Landscape/Hardscape Supervisor, his focus is on helping to design, oversee, and install retaining walls, paver walkways and patios, lawn edging, and outdoor lighting.
Nursery Manager
Joshua was born and raised in Macon, Missouri. In high school, he served as an FFA officer and went to state contests with his team in Entomology, Floriculture, Agronomy, and Farm Management. These contests let him discover his passion for plant sciences. After graduating from Macon R-1 in 2021, he decided to enroll at Moberly Area Community College. He graduated from MACC with a STEM degree and went to work at Dark Horse Medicinals.
Joshua now works as the Nursery Supervisor for Foster Outdoors. As Nursery Supervisor, he is responsible for the growth, development, and care of our plants. He also manages and supervises the nursery staff as well as generates plant orders and planting schedules.
Project Manager
Gavin graduated from Paola High School in Kansas in 2023. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 14, first entering the e-commerce space where he taught himself skills in web development and design, graphic design, and marketing and advertising. In addition, Gavin has experience in real estate investing, having underwritten over 100 residential and commercial properties and helped acquire a multi-million-dollar portfolio alongside a small team of investors. He also brings hands-on experience in construction and landscaping, which ultimately led him to Foster Outdoors. Outside of Foster Outdoors, Gavin enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Office Manager
Landscape Designer/Estimator
Savannah grew up in Colorado before moving to northeast Missouri in 2022. She then graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2023 and chose to begin her career immediately. Before entering the landscaping field, Savannah worked in veterinary medicine, agriculture, social media marketing, and customer service, gaining a wide range of experience that now supports her work at Foster Outdoors.
Savannah joined Foster Outdoors as the Landscape Designer/Estimator, where she creates detailed 3D landscape and hardscape designs, prepares accurate estimates, and works directly with clients to understand their needs and goals. She also helps maintain the company website and produce videos and social media content.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their animals. She also loves working on old trucks, as mechanics and hands-on problem-solving have always fascinated her.
